PRESENT: Mayor Maxine Gilman; Council Members Bill Ennis, Bill Gordon, Jack Jensen, Linda Lotspaih, and Jeff Sanner.

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Gilman.

MINUTES

A motion was made by Mr. Gordon and seconded by Mr. Jensen to recess to an Executive Session to interview applicants for appointment to City Council. All members present voting Yes, the motion carried.

City Council conducted interviews.

Mr. Gordon moved to reconvene into the regular meeting. The motion was seconded by Mr. Sanner. All members present voting Yes, the motion carried.

ADJOURNMENT

Having no further business, Mr. Ennis moved to adjourn. Mr. Sanner seconded the motion. All members present voting Yes, the motion carried.
