The meeting was called to order by Mayor Gilman.

MINUTES

A motion was made by Mr. Jensen and seconded by Mr. Gordon to recess to an Executive Session to interview applicants for appointment to City Council. All members present voting Yes, the motion carried.

City Council conducted interviews.

Mr. Jensen moved to reconvene into the regular meeting. The motion was seconded by Mr. Sanner. All members present voting Yes, the motion carried.

ADJOURNMENT

Having no further business, Mr. Jensen moved to adjourn. Mr. Sanner seconded the motion. All members present voting Yes, the motion carried.
